thank you. it seems that more people are definitely with 3G phones (very cheap with the government support intense market share competition), but talking mob-f2f seems to be just not happening at least in public spaces. people walk dangerously down the stairs while watching tv on their mobiles, but not while video calling… busan and seoul seem to be pretty much on the same adoption level; they only differ in the domain of T-DMB, as Seoul does have a better reception (for pretty much anything in this country anyway ;)

as some locals say, it’s the republic of seoul, not of korea…

nice post. have you noticed more people using 3G video phones lately? when i was in seoul, i only saw it once (i think). it was weird and a little odd… and is it prevalent/available in Busan?
