carded
there was a social event at the Normanby last friday. lots to celebrate - birthdays, new baby, and even a PhD (no, it wasn’t me… :( ) i only wanted one drink. “i’ll have a beez neez, thanks.” and for the first time in years…
i got carded.
well, i guess i added another reason to celebrate.

// sorry. can’t show you my face for legal reasons

dr.park>> what? 1980! no, i was born in the year of the seoul olympics… 1988… ahaha!
lucy>> apparently the effect/s of macro doesn’t last long at all, so you’re supposed to get it done regularly. so, really, it’s you work extra hard to make extra money for micro, which means extra stress (consequently extra wrinkles and breakouts)or you don’t get micro and less stressful life and skin… it’s either a lose-lose or win-win situation… sometimes things just don’t make any sense :(
laser sounds too scary!!!

Hey Jaz -
Well, last night I found this cool acid peely stuff I bought in China. You can just sit in front of the telly while a zillion layers of your skin are eaten away. No need for a trip to the beautitian - just slap on a face mask once a week and watch your freckles fade, your pores shrink and feel yourself becoming younger!
Hmm… I think I’m a bit of a sucker for the sales pitch they put on the back of the pack. What can I say? I’m a tragic victim of consumer culture… AND I still get carded every time I go near a bar!
